Obesity is the biggest problem of the world. In our hectic schedule we do not get time to go gym. There are some ways to reduce calorie without going gym, while working at home. There are some ways to reduce 100 calorie. Please do and check your after fortnight.
- Spend 30 minutes in dusting at your home. It will not only clean your home but also helps you to lose weight.
- Dance fast for 20 minutes. It will also remove your tension and you will be able to learn a new art while reducing your weight.
- Play tennis or badminton for 13 minutes. You can become a good player and you can lose your weight as well.
- Swim for 20 minutes. Swimming is the second most useful exercise for losing weight. However the first one is walking.
- Drive for an hour. You can go with your partner for long driving. He/she can be happy that you are giving him/her precious time.
- Skipping is also a good exercise. You can skip for 20 minutes to lose 100 calorie.
- Serve meals everyone by yourself and clean dining table by yourself.
- Research says that 3 cups of green tea in a day can burn 160 calorie.
- Chew calorie free Chewing gum for 9 hours. It will also help to burn calorie.

When we take interest in our homely activities we will easily burn excess calorie. I usually do not work out but do work in the garden, go for grocery shopping, clean my room and sometimes help my parents with their work.

These are really very good exercise. People spent a lot money on gyms and other ways to burn calorie. But forget that they can lose their weight even at home.
